In an industry that's moving toward more automation and away from direct interaction, we maintain our commitment to being available and attentive to our clients. It's not unusual for some brokers to assign 50-100 accounts to a client-service representative. On average, that's less than three hours of actual account management service per month. And that's not acceptable at Foundation Strategies. We deliberately keep our client to account manager ratio low so that we can deliver the personal service our loyal clients expect. Our goal? Never more than 10 clients per consultant.
